There were some problems with a website update that rendered the online forms not able to work over the last day (March 14th). These forms have been changed and are now working again. If you tried to submit a form in the last day or two and were not able to do so, please try again. Apologies for the maintenance issues.
Please note the 2009 documents include information for meals and registration for the upcoming PMEA meeting in April as well as balloting information. The forms have recently been updated to make them easier to use. They are now “fillable” online and may be printed with the member inputted information for your convenience.
